I had a great time during my stay! The beds were super comfy, the breakfast offered a decent selection, and I loved the unique room layout that was different from standard hotels. I'd definitely go back!

The moment I arrived, the positivity from the staff made me feel right at home. The indoor pool was a fantastic way to unwind—and super fun for the kids! Breakfast was a total winner, with real bacon and scrambled eggs that kicked off my day perfectly.

First off, the condition of the hallways leaves much to be desired—with trash left sitting around and an overall dingy vibe. My room had a stale odor that didn't exactly scream comfort. I noticed issues like dirty carpets and a lack of thorough cleaning. I stayed for two nights but had to deal with an A/C unit that didn’t cool properly, making for an uncomfortable night. Plus, the pool was closed for half my stay, which was a letdown for the kids. Overall, a bit of a mixed bag that could use some upgrades.

The room had a nice layout with two queen beds, which was great for our family. The beds were comfy, and the decor was decent. However, there were some major issues like a bad smell and bugs. Also, we requested a crib but didn't get one, which was a letdown. We decided to leave after one night because it just wasn't working out for us.

I absolutely loved the cozy lobby area with its warm fireplace, which made it feel like home. The accessibility features for seniors, like ramps and wide corridors, were so helpful during my stay.

More seating in common areas would be nice.

I stayed one night in a queen suite. The breakfast was actually decent, but the lady serving it was kinda rude. The check-in experience was a real downer. I felt belittled. The water in the shower was lukewarm all morning. It was close to the places I wanted to visit, but still, overall, not impressed.

the staff was friendly and the breakfast was satisfactory, making it a great spot to start your day before heading to nearby attractions like the beautiful norfolk botanical garden, just 2.5 km away, and a few steps to krispy kreme for a sweet treat.

The location is great, super convenient for airport access! I also loved the comfy king bed, and the room was clean despite a few minor issues. It felt like a home away from home, especially after discovering some local restaurants nearby. props to Frank, who was super welcoming, really added to the vibe!
